Our specialties are; New builds, lofts conversions, extensions, garage conversion, Refurbishments, as well as plumbing installs such as bathrooms, and full central heating solutions with gas certification.

Top ratings, efficient, eye for detail, tidy and reliable. Dan was very pleasant to work with and changed a particular use of material to what I wanted. I refurbished my bathroom, the professional finish is evident. I am so pleased ☺️ however important to have a contingency fund in the event of unexpected costs. Any building work should always be prepared for this. Cost was reasonable, I am not complaining and it was worth it. Well done Dan and your team. Definitely would use again.

We availed Multiple Constructions services for renovating our bathroom and toilet an putting the in a new boiler and radiators for heating. Dan handled our work. He provided excellent service. He was very methodical and thorough in his work. He handled all our queries and requets with patience and made sure the work was of high standard. We are very happy with the service and would whole heartedly recommend Multiple Constructions, Bathrooms, Plumbing and Heating to all our friends and family.

He provided a price for the job which was 3 times what others quoted. I couldn't find any details of his company on Companies House and Trust Pilot either. He claims he has 25 years of experience but reviews date back only about 3 years.

Following the previous 0 star review which Dan removed, he has still not paid me for my hard work booking Quote visits. He owes me £400 pound. i was honest and delivered results and added to his success only to not be paid. i have recorded phone call proof and text message proof which can be provided. He is not to be trusted very funny when it comes to paying. Please be careful everyone he is very sneaky!

Very happy with the work the guys did. As a newbie in this trepidicious property developing world. I had a specific budget to produce something separate to rent out atop a already occupied house. I needed someone who could fully handle the project without subbing the work to many trades. Which could end up costing me more than I'd budgeted. Dan and his guys were up to the task and they delivered ahead of the schedule on contract. I'm very pleased. The loft conversion with bedroom and en-suite bathroom has been excellent and is about to rent out.
